Through direct observation, the development of a survey and the layout of preferred staying places, an interesting collection of documents ¿ presented in the book ¿ has been obtained. It allows this user group¿s experience within this context to be linked not only with design patterns for these environments but also with potential new products that could prove beneficial for the quality of life in these places.
