This book, based on papers given at the Imago 90 conference, deals with recent progress in research and development of endoscopic, radiologic, echographic, and radioisotopic imaging and the clinical applications, both diagnostic and therapeutic, in gastroenterology. There are also contributions on recent research in computing in gastroenterology, ranging from imaging techniques, to the organization of a hospital department, to the use of computers in clinical decision-making.
