In the Cobwebs of My Mind was inspired by a short essay written in early recovery after Megan Bacigalupo survived a spontaneous ruptured brain hemorrhage. The work evolved after a vision in discombobulated form. It is vivid, rich and theatrical. It is avant-garde and gestalt. It ushers the reader in as it teeters between two worlds of ghost-dancing hallucinations and daily visitations of hospital staff, family, and friends. It takes the reader on a poetic, complex and imaginative ride, full of possibilities! This magical recollection is a unique and inspiring healing journey.
