Set in the Autumn of 1916, Otto Odinkirk is a WW1 German soldier who lied about his age in order to join the German Imperial army and impress his eldest brother, the feared Oberst (Colonel) Vincent Odinkirk. Meanwhile, a British Sergeant named Edwin Vipond is struggling with his loyalty and sanity after the death of his younger brother. An ancient spell entwines Edwin and Otto's destinies.
