Select the parts. 5. Assess risks and resources. 6. Collect the evidence. 7. Develop legal arguments. 8. Build the dissemination strategy. 9. Ensuring a win is effective or investing in a loss. 10. Evaluation and learning. The manual presents the theory behind each of these steps with examples of real cases brought by Dejusticia and The Legal Agenda. This model, based on our litigation practice, is not intended to be prescriptive. Rather, it is a constantly evolving set of tools that must be improved with the lessons learned from each case.
