Luke Greenwood, ex-journalist turned café owner, is in crisis. His wife of 32 years, Selena, is leaving him for a much younger man. Luke can either let the end of his relationship make him bitter, or he can use it as a catalyst to improve his life. He's just not quite sure which way he wants to go.
