This work book is designed to be used with the books "Growing Up In Alcoholism, Violence & Dysfunction" or "Earning My Parents' Love," however many have used it as a stand-alone aid for journaling. The book awakens our inner child and allows the growth and sharing of intimate feelings of self-love. Everyone's story is unique; however, we all must fall in love with the child we once were and accept and integrate that experience into the calm, competent, confidant adult that we all have the potential of being.
