In this book "Grandma gets Kidnapped" it helps children understand the importance of staying close to their caregivers while on an outing. Throughout the story the children will be introduced to a variety of frequently used vocabulary words. They then will be given the opportunity to learn the definitions of each new, or unfamiliar word in the glossary at the end of the story. This special feature was included to enhance their future reading skills.
