In early 2018, we started a weekly series on our Smart Real Estate Coach YouTube channel called Deal Structure Sundays. The goal of these videos was to help aspiring real estate investors understand a bit more of the terms niche that might be difficult to grasp without some real world examples. So, we decided to expand these lessons into a course called Deal Structure Overtime. As a part of our Wicked Smart Academy, students will be able to dive deeper into the stories behind these deals, blemishes-and-all. Each one is chock full of all the nuts-and-bolts, true-to-life stories that make up the day-to-day of our real estate investment business. This book is a taste of what those videos are like.
