" Buen libro de reposteria variada (no solo dulces) para principiantes y expertos, tiene una tabla de tiempo que toma cada receta y la dificultad, que ayda harto al elegir que cocinar cuando no se sabe que hacer. Recomendable complementarlo con los videos de claire en youtube, especialmente para tecnicas y recetas más complicadas. "
