He has commanded two other Coast Guard cutters and lives in New London, Connecticut, USA. Lt. Christopher Nolan served as Navigator and Operations Officer aboard EAGLE from 2008-2010 and is the currently the commanding officer of a 110-foot Coast Guard cutter.
