In a very analytical approach, Duane, a 66 year old practicing attorney from Lake City, Florida, lays out a very well reasoned presentation of the basic doctrines of the gospel of Jesus Christ to his own children using the Bible as his primary authority. Duane served an LDS mission in Argentina. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from BYU, and his law degree from the University of Florida. Duane has served as counselor in a stake presidency, stake executive secretary, a member of several high councils, bishop, stake young men's president, ward mission leader, and YSA Branch President.
