This book opens a new perspective that earthquakes are triggered by an extraterrestrial astrophysical source. The presence of this yet to be identified source could explain the how and why of earthquake occurrences. Not only that, working on this hypothesis, earthquakes can be predicted as they exhibited patterns that complement the presence of such a source that emits gravitational waves. These waves strike the earth like a lighthouse beam and induce the stress at the fault lines. This gravitational excitation is what actually causes earthquakes.
