At first, I thought I knew what was happening, but that turned out not to be the case. This repeated several times, and I enjoyed each turn. Reading took me back decades, to the Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew. That nostalgia was powerful (though you may have to be about as old as the main character's aunt for it to apply). We didn't have the Internet or cell phones back then, of course, and those can throw a wrench into mystery works. Here, they are incorporated in a believable way (instead of being nerfed out of existence completely).
