Vive en Portland, Oregón, con su esposo e hijo, muchas plantas de interior y dos gatos muy tontos. Actualmente escribe "Finishing School", una novela gráfica de terror juvenil con IDW, y una novela gráfica de terror aún no anunciada con First Second.
