Robert Sarah (Ourous, Guinea, 15 de junio de 1945) es un cardenal y teólogo guineano, destacado por su defensa de la tradición litúrgica y doctrinal de la Iglesia católica. Fue arzobispo de Conakry desde 1979 hasta 2001, y posteriormente ocupó cargos en la Curia romana, incluyendo secretario de la Congregación para la Evangelización de los Pueblos y presidente del Pontificio Consejo «Cor Unum». En 2010, fue creado cardenal por el papa Benedicto XVI, y entre 2014 y 2021 se desempeñó como prefecto de la Congregación para el Culto Divino y la Disciplina de los Sacramentos.

Entre sus obras más reconocidas se encuentran Dios o nada (2015), La fuerza del silencio. Frente a la dictadura del ruido (2017), Se hace tarde y anochece (2019) y Catecismo de la vida espiritual (2022). Estos libros, escritos en colaboración con el periodista Nicolas Diat, abordan temas de espiritualidad, liturgia y la situación de la Iglesia en el mundo contemporáneo. En 2021, recibió el doctorado honoris causa por la Universidad Católica de Valencia.
