Jeph Loeb (Stamford, Connecticut, 29 de enero de 1958) es un guionista y productor estadounidense reconocido por su trabajo en cómics y televisión. Ha trabajado en series como Smallville, Lost y Héroes, y en películas como Commando y Teen Wolf. En los cómics, ha abordado personajes como Spider-Man, Hulk, Capitán América, Iron Man, Daredevil, Batman, Superman, Supergirl, los Vengadores y Buffy, la cazavampiros, en colaboración frecuente con el dibujante Tim Sale.

Entre sus obras más destacadas se encuentran Batman: El largo Halloween (1996), Batman: Victoria oscura (1999), Batman: Silencio (2002), Superman/Batman (2003) y Spider-Man: Azul (2002), todas en el género de cómic. Estas publicaciones han sido reconocidas con premios Eisner y Wizard Fan Awards.
