The attentions of another man, and her own attempts to cope with the situation that she finds herself in, challenge the beliefs of the lonely young wife, and threaten to lead her into disaster. Author's note - in contrast to my previous novels, A Gentle Remedy is more romantic than erotic. There is passion, and there is sex of course, much to the heroine's dismay - I now always think of her as 'Poor Georgia'.
