Is there anything to compare with the story of Jesus Christ's final week on earth? The Passion of Christ, the story of his betrayal, crucifixion, death, burial, and resurrection, is the greatest tragedy and most inspiring triumph in the history of mankind.This book began over three decades ago as a study of the events surrounding the last week of Christ's mortal life. The gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John each provide unique details about Jesus' last days on earth. This book identifies the unique details in each gospel, unifies them, and then presents the resulting text in an easy-to-read, narrative format.The source for this book is the King James version of the Bible. While the book is completely based on scripture, I've updated the punctuation and paragraphing, altered capitalization and pronouns, and added single and double quotation marks as appropriate. I've also added conjunctive or transitional words without setting them off with brackets and deleted some words to help the flow.I've done my best to combine the material into a logical storyline, but ultimately these interpretations may change as my understanding deepens.
