I don't claim to know all the answers; most of the time I'm still figuring it out myself. But what I can do is share an insight into the challenges I've faced from depression, anxiety, social media, toxic relationships, body image issues, and grief. I've had my fair share of battles, and I still believe in the good in the world. I still have faith.
