The small rural town of Grandview Illinois was a safe haven until fire fighters find the bodies of two prominent doctors and their daughter dead in the newly constructed building that was supposed to be a medical building. The local police worked on the triple homicide for a couple of years but nothing added up and the case ran cold. A homeless vagrant moves into the building and becomes a prime suspect.
