Ed Brubaker (Bethesda, Maryland, 1966) es un guionista y novelista gráfico estadounidense, reconocido por revitalizar el cómic de género negro y por su enfoque maduro en historias de superhéroes. Comenzó su carrera con la serie semi-autobiográfica Lowlife y alcanzó notoriedad en DC Comics con títulos como Batman, Catwoman y Gotham Central. En Marvel, su etapa en Capitán América (2004–2012) es especialmente célebre por introducir al Soldado de Invierno, redefiniendo al personaje de Bucky Barnes.
