In this book, the authors present a developed method and a specially designed dual-chamber electroflotator-generator for the round-the-clock, continuous production of hydrogen and oxygen. This system enables the continuous operation of an electric vehicle engine using solar energy supplied to a solar panel. The authors describe a method for producing hydrogen and oxygen using light energy acting on a combined anode made of a semiconductor and a large-cell metal mesh within a specially designed photoelectrolyzer-generator. The developed technology also enables the continuous charging of fuel cells to generate electricity for the International Space Station's power supply system during long-duration missions.
