Answer: God will raise up someone already in the inside. May we introduce exhibit number one: William Graham, inmate #123781, Colorado Corrections, witness for Christ. God sent His Son to set prisoners free--not necessarily from their physical prisons of brick, mortar, steels and bars, but surely from the imprisonment of sin.
