Written from the perspective of a primary carer and loving son, the main narrative encompasses the ups and downs of life in the face of certain death. While there are inevitable moments of great sadness, there is also laughter, and celebration of the human spirit. Covering a period of approximately ten years it details a personal journey through living hell, into the building of a new life.
