The book, 'Mind Over Matter', will be available on Amazon, December 30, 2013. These women come from an amazing background. They are granddaughters of sharecroppers from Mound Bayou, Mississippi. They were born and raised on the west side of Chicago, Illinois and went on to become entrepreneurs. Ahuvah Gray, an authoress of five books and world renown lecturer. Nellie Prestwood, a successful graphic designer and fashion stylist. Her illustrations have appeared in BILLBOARD MAGAZINE, ROLLINGSTONE, HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, and THE DAILY VARIETY. Her fashion stylist work consisted of the following artists, Donna Summer, Jennifer Holiday, Prince, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Hugh Masekela, and Cameo. Art was her first love as a graphic designer and the Blessings kept on coming, her first printed illustration was of Michael Jackson and appeared in THE DAILY VARIETY, they were honouring Sammy Davis Jr. In 1987, Michael Jackson purchased a double truck, that appeared on the center pages of the magazine.
