Reseña del libro "My pet is Sick: It's Time to say Goodbye (en Inglés)"

Losing a pet is one of the first losses children experience, and parents frequently feel uncomfortable talking about death with them. Veterinarians have asked for a book that explains that pets sometimes do not get well and that they can provide a loving end for a beloved pet with a child and family present. This book was created to help both parents and veterinary staff explain to the little people that a pet cannot recover from an illness, and how putting a pet to sleep occurs, as well as how to manage the grief that follows. There are helps in the back for the Big People to get comfortable with the subject of death with children, and how to explain and manage a pet's death. This book is suitable for children preschool and above, and for any parent struggling with talking about or preparing for a beloved furry family member's death.
