This document for the degree includes three chapters that describe the planning of the project for a pilot television program supported by the constitutional strategies approved during the period of the Presidency of Economist Rafael Correa Delgado, with relevant information on the special abilities of children considered as disabled according to CONADIS. This issue is resolved from the need to provide society with an educational and informative transmission, whose content collaborates in the motor and cognitive orientation of parents with children who have different abilities than the average Ecuadorian. Each chapter presented contains several segments that include interviews, medical notes and playful exercises. The first part of the document contains information related to pre-production, technical specifications, casting, background and description of the production. This is followed by the realization or production of the same plus the respective editing, colorization and sound. In the chapter of the results, it is written around the exhibition tests and the conclusions about the path of the program's realization and acceptance.
