Dr. G.C. Gilley has been continuously active in Christian ministry through his church for the past 68 years. He has taught Bible classes extensively in both the New and Old Testaments. He has led and currently leads a small group Bible study in his home. Also, He has more than 20 years of experience as director of Junior High and College Departments at his church. Dr. Gilley is a retired aerospace engineer. During his 46-year career he held senior positions in numerous projects. Dr. Gilley was the first person to design a fully self-healing spacecraft for a mission to the outer planets. He developed the fault-tolerance requirements for the Air Force Strategic Defense Initiative programs and monitored compliance to these requirements.
