Everybody knows about Gogen puzzles - they have been appearing in our local newspapers for years. However, easy though they might be, there is a darker side to them - two types of Gogen puzzle that takes anywhere from a bit more thought right through to down-right difficult: the Uber-Gogen with deliberately omitted letters in the clues; and, the Ultra-Gogen where there are fewer and fewer clue letters in the puzzle, increasing in difficulty until there are only two puzzle letters left.These puzzles are all solvable using logic only - there is no guesswork involved, no probability. Every letter can be successfully located in the puzzles with absolute certainty - you just need to wrap your brain around each puzzle and apply some logic. That said, it doesn't make it any easier.Have fun.
