The Prophecy of the Papal Succession by Divine Intervention is a vastly updated and much wider reaching exposition than appeared in the Popes of Saint Malachy (by the same author). This was published following the retirement of Benedict XVI in 2013. It is therefore fortuitous that this revised and updated version exhibits a totally new outlook upon the papal succession. It is also doubly fortuitous that it coincides with the same year in which Leo XIV, began his papacy. For not only does this updated revision provide a brief yet accurate history of each pontiff for the past eight centuries in chronological order of succession - a marvel in itself - since the full list was published 435 years ago when the prophecy was first discovered among the Vatican archives; but it also identifies the actual name of each Pope from the Latin riddle it accompanies. This has never before been achieved. But only now: with an accurate translation of each Latin clue combined with a cogent explanation uniting Pope and riddle, the accurate fulfilment of each successor to the papacy will amaze belief and increase readership for others to purchase and confirm.With the first half of the book having laid a sound foundation of factual content, the scientific, philosophical, and theological consequences are examined to engage the reader in conclusions that arise from within these three major subjects. These are easily understood from the examples provided, and they stretch over fifteen chapters of widely held beliefs and opinions that relate to science and religion against a background of climate change, which is currently affecting the world's population. This has not been neglected among the consequences in the foregoing chapters, for it emerges in the conclusions that appear in The Prophecy of the Papal Succession.
