Reseña del libro "The Realm (en Inglés)"
You are not tired because ministry is hard. You are not scattered because business is demanding. You are leaking.Across countless rooms, from church pulpits to company boardrooms, pastor and systems builder Terrence M. Higgs Sr. has met the same person: a gifted, called leader who is quietly exhausted. You read the books, you attend the conferences, you work harder than anyone-and yet, something drains away between your calling and your impact. You believe it's a character flaw. It's not. It's an engineering problem.Influence isn't accidental; it's architectural. When your impact wanes, it's not a moral failing but a structural leak. In The Realm, Higgs provides a groundbreaking diagnostic tool-the Human Operating System-to help you identify and seal the leaks in your trust, focus, energy, and follow-through, moving you from a life of constant effort to one of grounded authority.Drawing on decades of pastoral counsel and experience building tech platforms, Higgs reveals that consistent impact flows from a well-architected inner life. It's time to stop treating the symptoms and fix the system. In this book, you will: - Diagnose the hidden 'leaks' that drain your energy and sabotage your follow-through.- Master the four layers of your 'Human Operating System': Kernel (Identity), I/O (Voice), Processes (Rhythms), and UI (Experience).- Anchor your authority in the non-negotiable principle of 'Image before Dominion' to lead from a place of settled identity.- Stop 'renting' authority on borrowed platforms and learn to build and own the systems that support your calling.- Implement the practical rhythms and workflows that ensure the vision you cast in January is a reality by June.Stop guessing why you're exhausted. It's time to seal the leaks, build your framework, and step into the dominion you were designed for.
