The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin / Historien om Ekorn Nutkin. Tranzlaty English Norsk (en Noruego) - Beatrix Potter;Tranzlaty

But Nutkin had no respect for the owl.

Men Nutkin hadde ingen respekt for uglen.

The unruly squirrel danced up and down.

Det uregjerlige ekornet danset opp og ned.

And he tickled old Mr. Brown with a nettle.

Og han kilte gamle herr Brun med en brennesle.

"Old Mr. Brown! Riddle me, riddle me!"

"Gamle herr Brun! Gåte meg, gåte meg!"

"Hitty Pitty within the wall, Hitty Pitty without the wall;"

" Hitty Synd innenfor veggen, Hitty Synd uten veggen;"

"If you touch Hitty Pitty, Hitty Pitty will bite you!"

"Hvis du berører Hitty Pitty, vil Hitty Pitty bite deg!"

Mr. Brown woke up suddenly.

Herr Brun våknet plutselig.

And he carried the mole into his house.

Og han bar muldvarpen inn i huset sitt.

He shut the door in Nutkin’s face.

Han lukket døren rett foran Nutkin.

He made a little wood fire in his home.

Han lagde et lite vedfyrt bål i huset sitt.

Blue smoke rose from the top of the tree.

Blå røyk steg opp fra toppen av treet.
