The Tale of Squirrel Nutkin / Sagan om ekorren Nutkin. Tranzlaty English Svenska (en Sueco) - Beatrix Potter;Tranzlaty

But Nutkin had no respect for the owl.

Men Nutkin hade ingen respekt för ugglan.

The unruly squirrel danced up and down.

Den ostyriga ekorren dansade upp och ner.

And he tickled old Mr. Brown with a nettle.

Och han kittlade gamle herr Brun med en nässla.

"Old Mr. Brown! Riddle me, riddle me!"

"Gamle herr Brun! Gåta mig, gåta mig!"

"Hitty Pitty within the wall, Hitty Pitty without the wall;"

" Hitty Synd innanför väggen, Hitty Synd utan väggen;"

"If you touch Hitty Pitty, Hitty Pitty will bite you!"

"Om du rör vid Hitty Pitty, kommer Hitty Pitty att bita dig!"

Mr. Brown woke up suddenly.

Herr Brun vaknade plötsligt.

And he carried the mole into his house.

Och han bar mullvaden in i sitt hus.

He shut the door in Nutkin’s face.

Han stängde dörren mitt framför Nutkins ansikte.

He made a little wood fire in his home.

Han gjorde upp en liten vedeld i sitt hus.

Blue smoke rose from the top of the tree.

Blå rök steg upp från toppen av trädet.

Squirrel Nutkin peeped through the key-hole.

Ekorren Nutkin kikade genom nyckelhålet.
