This journal starts with an area to identify your long term goals and your monthly goals over the 90 days. It provides space for you to identify the 'Why' for your journey, what the biggest struggles you may encounter on your journey and creating a game plan to help you overcome these struggles if they present themselves.The journal then leads you to an area where you can record your starting weight and measurements with additional space to record and track your progress over the next 90 days. It includes a page to identify mini goals and your chosen rewards, 5 top healthy eating tips, and a healthy foods list broken down into carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. The journal then provides you with a detailed breakdown on how to calculate your macronutrients based on the caloric needs to help you reach your personal goals and your current physical activity level.After the initial information the daily and weekly tracking templates start. These templates include a daily reflections page that helps you identify your daily goals and action steps you can take to help you achieve these goals. This page also helps you identify your unique strengths, helps you focus on what you love about your body to help improve body image, self esteem, self confidence, self image and acceptance. This page also includes space for you to identify what you are grateful for as well as where or what you found happiness in each day. After the daily reflections page comes the daily meal plan page where you can plan and record your daily meals and snacks. It also has an area to record your macronutrients from each meal. You can then tally these macros up in a chart that records your calculated macros breakdown with your total tallied daily macros. The next page includes a detailed daily healthy eating habits checklist that focuses on what you eat as well as how you eat. This checklist helps you create and build new healthy eating habits. This page also includes a daily exercise chart to help you record the type of physical activity, the length of the activity, amount of weight, number of reps and sets, cardio speed and distance and calories burned. This page can help you reach your long term goals by helping you identify patterns that might be sabotaging your progress. These 3 pages repeat for each day until your reach the end of the week.This is an undated journal so you can start tracking your journey at anytime.
