Personally, I would be more likely to read the whole book over the weekend. But, doing that would cause me to miss out on the real purpose of reading it over 40 days. The building of a daily habit of prayer and the deepening of a relationship with God. The journal is broken into smaller 10 day sections featuring a variety of topical scriptures and prayers.
